A young man born in California has a driving ambition: to travel every highway in the world! Unfortunately, his reckless driving style earns him the attention of the police wherever he goes. But he will not be deterred. Thus begins a car chase that will eventually criss-cross the entire globe!

Your chase will range over the highways of six countries around the world in the following order: America, England, France, Germany, India, and Japan. Each stage is cleared when you have driven over all of the highways (turning them white as you go). There are a total of 16 stage patterns. You can also warp to the next stage by collecting three of the mysterious balloons that float by.

Coming into contact with police cars, obstacle cats or bamboo shoots in any country will make you lose a car. If this happens when you don't have any more cars, the game is over.
