Any of the following will result in a miss, and the number of Stanleys will be reduced by one. When the remaining number is 0 and you get a miss, the game will be over, and you will go back to the title screen. 
When you are hit by an enemy or an enemy attack.
When Donkey Kong drops to the floor.
When the time reaches 0.
