Some items are effective for a limited time, and others are effective just by owning them. You can purchase items at hardware shops or obtain them by defeating monsters.

	RED POTION			This will completely restore the hero’s power.
	MATTOCK			This can destroy certain special walls.
	WING BOOTS			These allow you to fly through the air.
	ELIXIR			Medicine that will restore your magic and power.
	OINTMENT			This will make you invincible for a short time.
	KEYS			You need these to open doors. There are five types.
	GLOVE			For a fixed period of time, the hero’s attacking power will increase.
	FOOD			When you eat it, your power is restored a little.
	GOLDS			This is the money of this world.

Rings give power just by owning them.

	RING OF ELF			An identification ring. You get this from a guru.
	RUBY RING			You will be able to move rocks.
	RING OF DWORF			You can enter the evil place if you have this.
