When you use the Wii console, you have the option of sharing certain anonymous data (collectively, the "Aggregate Data") about your game play with Nintendo, such as the number of times you have played a specific game, the amount of time you have played a specific game, and what your Wii settings are (i.e., your Sensor Bar and screen settings). If you choose to share this Aggregate Data with Nintendo, such data will be automatically sent to Nintendo each time you start up the Nintendo Channel. This information is then tabulated and displayed on the Nintendo Channel as part of the aggregate statistics of all Wii users' time spent playing a specific game. Please note that none of the Aggregate Data you may choose to share with Nintendo is personal to you. All of the information collected is anonymous and aggregate. To learn more about Nintendo's privacy practices, please review the Privacy Policy included in the Wii User Agreement.
