 Each January, the Budget Screen appears and displays the budget for that particular year. The budget is totally under your control. You can raise or lower taxes, and raise or lower the available budget for fire, police, and traffic services. Be careful with your budget! Raising taxes or lowering your public works budget can increase your available funds, but it may lower your approval rating or invite potentially catastrophic problems!
*If you go to the Menu Icons and choose "Information" and then "Tax," you can change the budget for the following year. |
