Getting Started

On the title screen, press any button to start playing. If you already have save data, you will automatically advance to the file-selection screen. Use

to select a saved game, then press

to confirm. Otherwise select NEW GAME.

At the beginning of a new game, you can input a name by choosing characters with your cursor and pressing

. Press

to erase a character. Press

to confirm when you have entered the name (this name will be used throughout the game). Press

without entering any letters to use the default name for that character.

You will also be asked to choose whether you want battles in Active mode or Wait mode. For more information see “8. Battle Screen”.
