Some people (about 1 in 4,000) may have seizures or blackouts triggered by light flashes or patterns, and this may occur while they are watching TV or playing video games, even if they have never had a seizure before. Anyone who has had a seizure, loss of awareness, or other symptom linked to an epileptic condition, should consult a doctor before playing a video game. Parents or guardians should supervise children when playing video games. Stop play immediately and consult a doctor if your child or you have any of the following symptoms:

Playing video games can make your muscles, joints, skin or eyes hurt. Follow these instructions to help avoid problems such as tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, skin irritation or eyestrain:

Playing video games can cause motion sickness in some players. Stop playing immediately if you experience dizziness, nausea, fatigue, motion sickness or similar symptoms, or if you experience discomfort in your eyes, hands or arms or otherwise feel unwell at any time during game play. Do not drive or engage in other physical activity until you feel better. You have purchased a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use this game. Your use of this game is subject to the Wii Network Services Agreement, the Wii Network Services Privacy Policy, and the Wii Code of Conduct. Your Wii console and this game are not designed for use with any unauthorised devices or unauthorised software. Such use may be illegal and in breach of your obligations under the Wii Service Agreements. Please note that the Nintendo warranties do not cover any defects to or defects caused by unauthorised devices, software, modifications and/or non-licensed accessories. Furthermore, such use may lead to injury to yourself or others and may cause performance issues and/or damage to your Wii console and related services.
