Curses! After having defeated the mighty MECHA Dragon, Wonder Boy discovers to his dismay that a terrible spell has been cast on him by the mortally wounded beast: He’s been changed into a Lizard-Man!

Now the only thing that can save him is the Salamander Cross, which is hidden by the Vampire Dragon deep within Monster Land. To get the Cross and change Wonder Boy back to his original form, you’ll have to journey through deserts, jungles, under the deep blue sea and even underground.

At the Title Screen press or ( or for Classic Controller). You can choose to start a NEW GAME or CONTINUE the game using a PASSWORD.

If you selected CONTINUE, you will be asked to enter a PASSWORD. Press left or right to move the cursor and up or down to change letters. Move the cursor to END and press or ( or for Classic Controller) to complete your PASSWORD entry. When you continue the game with a PASSWORD you will lose all medicines you may have had, and the number of each Weapon Item you had will be reduced.
