Advanced Controls

Crouch :
Hold down to Crouch. While Crouching, press left/right to move. Press ( for Classic Controller) to attack in this position.

Send Dog :
Press and hold ( for the Classic Controller) to fill up the Dog Gauge. When the Dog Gauge is completely full it will begin to flash. Release the Attack button to send Musashi’s dog Yamato after a nearby enemy to halt their movement and prevent them from attacking.

Jump to Higher/Lower Levels :
Hold up/down and press ( for the Classic Controller) to JUMP up to a higher or down to a lower level. Musashi can also JUMP over fences (and back again) using this method.
