Plasma Rope: Press  ( on Classic Controller) to activate the Plasma Rope, aim and let the Shoot button loose to shoot while on the Plasma Rope. To release the Plasma Rope when in a stationary state, press ( on Classic Controller). To release the Plasma Rope when swinging, press  ( on Classic Controller).
Energy Wheel: To activate the Energy Wheel, duck by pressing down on the  and press ( on the Classic Controller). The Energy Wheel is an almost invulnerable wheel of energy. In this form you can only lay mines while rolling on the ground and drop bombs while airborne. Your available "wheel time" is marked by the line beneath your energy indicator. When your "wheel time" runs out, Turrican returns to his normal form. If you want to transform back, just jump up. Turrican gets new "wheel time" every level.
Smart Bomb: On the Wii Remote, press while crouching to launch a Smart Bomb.
