 The Neo Zeed leaders are secretly rebuilding what they lost in the previous fight against Joe Musashi (code name Shinobi). Shinobi senses the evil clan has resurrected, and he must make his way to defeat the Neo Zeed once again.
Press  at the Title Screen to bring up the Main Menu. To start your game, select “GAME” from the menu and press to proceed. If you wish to adjust the gameplay options or listen to music and sounds of the game, press  down to select “OPTIONS” and press to access the Options Screen.
