Life Bar
Your Life Bar reduces every time you take damage, and the match will end when it is reduced to zero. Attack your opponent to make sure their Life Bar disappears faster than your own.

Note: Some special moves and combat room items can restore the Life Bar.

Inner Strength Orb
When this is full, your powers are at their highest and you can perform all special moves. The orb will reduce every time you use a special move but will gradually recover over time. For unlimited strength, set Inner Strength Orbs to Off in the Practice Menu.
