| The number of RINGS you have when
you touch a Star Post will determine which Bonus Stage you will enter.
Collect 100 RINGS in the Bonus Stage to earn a Continue
Credit, which can be used if you lose all of your Lives.
 Slot Machine:
Sonic enters a giant spinning slot machine. Jump towards the center to start the slot machine and gain RINGS. Avoid the GOAL Blocks around the edges to stay in the Stage.
Glowing Spheres:
 Sonic is stuck to a magnetic sphere. Roll to the top of the spheres before jumping to a higher one. Use the flippers and bumpers to help you, and watch out for the string of force field orbs creeping up from below, as touching them will return you to the Act Stage.
