Press during a race to display the pause screen.

CONTINUE	Return to the race.
RETRY	Restart the current race (you will lose one spare machine).
SETTINGS	Adjust your engine settings and retry. (You will lose one spare machine.)
CHANGE MACHINE	Select a different machine to race with.
CHANGE COURSE	Start racing on a different course.
QUIT	End the race and return to the mode-select screen.

Note: You will not be able to choose RETRY or SETTINGS if you do not have a spare machine.
