After the Battle of Destiny, he once again began traveling to hone his skills. He received his invitation while in Japan, steeling his mind for battle.

		Joe Higashi “You haven't heard of me? What's wrong with you? Get ready!” He left South Town, swearing to reunite with the Bogard brothers. In the process, he made a spectacular return in the world of Muay Thai, reclaiming the position of the champ and renewing the legend of his own invincibility. He has complemented his arsenal of kick techniques with the Hurricane Upper.

In this tournament he no longer wears his Raiden mask, and he makes a triumphant comeback as an orthodox wrestler. As his normal opponents are the wild animals of Australia, his power has grown considerably.

However, few people realize that he is a legendary judoka, capable of dispatching top ranking contenders in an instant. It is no exaggeration to say that this is the strongest old geezer in the world.

The fighting style that combines offense and defense into a single art and that relentlessly wears down its opponent has become the core of Kim's very life.
