Status
Select STATUS on the menu screen to check the status of characters in your party. Many stats have two numbers associated with them. The top number is the stat’s base value, while the bottom number shows its current value once equipment bonuses are factored in.

| SPEED | Your ability to act during battle. Higher numbers make you faster. | |

| ATTACK | Your regular attack power when using  during battle. |

| DEFENSE | Your defensive rating against enemy physical attacks. | |

| MG. ATTACK | The power of your magical attacks (the ones used by pressing  ). |
|
|
|
|
| MG. DEFENSE | Your defensive rating against enemy magic attacks. | |
|
|
|
| EXP. LEVEL | Your current experience points. When you get enough points, you will level up. | |
|
|
|
| NEXT LEVEL AT | How many experience points you still need to reach the next level. | |
