
Field Screen


The
field screen is where most of the adventure takes place. Here you can speak to townspeople, gather information and delve into dungeons. Press

to talk to people, open treasure chests and doors, or interact with items. Use

to climb up and down stairs or ladders.
When you travel to a village, take the time to visit the inn and the market. For a small fee, you can sleep at an inn and completely replenish your HP and MP. Even if you don’t need to rest, talking to the people can be helpful and you can also find items. At the market, you can purchase weapons, armour, tonic and other items that will aid you on your journey.

Map Screen


The
map screen displays the world you live in. Press

to enter an area when the location name is displayed. You can move around between buildings, caves and other locations while on the
map screen, and can access the world map by pressing

. A dot on the world map indicates your location.
