Techniques
Some characters can perform an art of Techniques to restore HP or attack enemies. The Technique groups that can be performed vary depending on the characters. The power of Techniques becomes more effective as the levels of the characters increase. Note also that Techniques may not succeed all the time.

You can alter power distribution for each Technique Group (i.e, which Technique to be more effective within the group) at a Technique Shop.

Heal Techniques
Res: Restores HP of one character in the party.
Gires: Restores HP of all characters in the party.
Rever: Restores HP of one character whose HP is zero.
Anti: Treats a poisoned character.

Melee Techniques
These Techniques can only be used during a battle.
Foi: Creates enormous flames that inflict damage on one enemy.
Zan: Cuts up all foes in one row (front or back).
Gra: Crushes all enemies on screen.
Tsu: Strong currents of water pierce the enemy groups on one side (left or right) of the screen.

Time Techniques
These Techniques can only be used during a battle.
Ner: Speeds up attacks of one character in the party.
Rimit: Gives you a better chance of succeeding when you select the Escape icon on the Command Window.
Shiza: Prevents an enemy from using Techniques.
Deban: Prevents an enemy from attacking.

Order Techniques
These Techniques can only be used during a battle.
Fandi: Increases the attacking power of one character.
Forsa: Your concentrated energy blows away a foe.
Nasak: Your HP drops to zero, but it restores the other characters' HP.
Shu: Momentarily increases a character's defensive power.
