Spaces
Blue Space		 Receive three coins.
Red Space		 Lose three coins.
? Space		 Different happenings occur on this space, depending on the Adventure Board you selected.
! Space		 The single-player Chance Time minigame begins.
Bowser Space		 Bowser appears and causes trouble.
Item Space		 The Item minigame, where you can acquire items, begins. (This is only in cases where you don’t have any items.)
Battle Space		 This starts the Battle minigame that everyone participates in.
Facilities and Map Characters
Koopa Bank		 Each time you pass this space, you pay five coins. If you land on this space, you get all the coins that are in the bank.
Item Shop		 You can purchase an item when you pass in front of a shop. If you already have an item, you won’t be able to buy an item.
Toad		 Toad will trade one star for 20 coins.
Baby Bowser		 This is a henchman of Bowser's. He will steal five coins from you when you pass in front of him.
Boo		 Boo will steal coins or stars from any character you choose, but it costs five coins to steal coins and 50 coins to steal a star. If Boo comes to steal coins from you, press repeatedly to chase him away. You may be able to limit the number of coins he steals.
 About Items
You can buy items at an Item Shop, and when you stop on an Item Space and succeed at the Item minigame, you will get an item. When it is your turn, after you press , you can look at the item’s effects by pressing up on . Select the item you want to look at by pressing right or left on .
