Stand in front of a door and press up to enter. Some doors are locked, you will need to find a KEY to enter. Doors may lead to a Shop, another part of the area or even to a Boss Dragon!

Shops can be found in towns or inside caves, where you can buy equipment. You will also find Hospitals, where you can fully restore your Life Gauge for a fee. There is even a Church, where you can obtain a PASSWORD for continuing the game, free of charge.

When inside a Shop or Hospital, press up or down to select an item (or service), and press ( for Classic Controller) to purchase it. The PRICE of an item/service is displayed at the bottom left of the screen. If the PRICE is displayed in red, you do not currently have enough GOLD. If the name of an item (and the icon next to it) is not revealed, it means that you do not yet have enough Charm Points (CP) to purchase it.
